After working closely with business owners who felt overwhelmed by planning, organization, and branding, our founder, Khadijah Karolia-Mayet, realized that people didn’t need more ideas they needed direction. What began as helping others bring order to their businesses grew into a consulting service built on strategy, structure, and intentional support.
